Mr. Dete is an experienced finance professional with a specialty in asset-based lending.  Mr. Dete has served as the Managing Director of Clean Energy Capital, which provides project finance and M&A advisory services to developers, lenders and municipalities on water, solar and geothermal projects.  Mr. Dete is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Action Capital and manages its asset based loan portfolio.  Prior to that, Mr. Dete served as CEO of Libertas Financial, a receiveables factoring business and was an investment professional in private equity firm HIB Capital.  Mr. Dete commenced his career as a financial analyst at Lehman Brothers in New York.
