Mr. McArthur is a project finance expert who has been actively involved in developing, financing and constructing commercial real estate projects as well as large scale infrastructure projects for over 30 years. Mr. McArthur was previously the Senior V.P. and General Counsel for MidAmerican Energy Holdings Corporation and is a partner in TriLateral Pacific, LLC an energy and infrastructure project development and investment company.
